Please read testimony below about yoga.

HI friends, On Wednesday, I attended a talk by an ex-yoga teacher, Mdm PohShon Choy, who sold her yoga centre (earning lots of money giving yoga lessons) and severed all ties with yoga. She urges us to inform relatives, friends, Family members, etc., NOT to get involved at all. For those who had taken up yoga lessons (hot yoga, power yoga, so on), repent and ask God for forgiveness.

Many claimed that they only join to keep fit, only Doing the exercise poses and not meditation. Christians think it is ok so long as they don't participate in the Meditation part. Mdm Choy explains that the central of Yoga (originated from Hinduism) is the spirit of Kundalini (spirit Of snake or cobra).

Yoga poses are actually animal poses (e.g. camel, rabbit,). All these look very normal and harmless, stretching and exercising. But the danger is, once a person does such poses, the spirit of Kundalini (the snake is in a coiled position) is stimulated or aroused. As the persons goes from basic to intermediate to advance stage of yoga lessons (still not meditation yet), the coiled "snake" will be aroused further. It will rise and rise further.

There are 7 centres in the human body -
Starting from the navel.
The final centre is the part between the eye brows (known to many as the
third eye). When the spirit is aroused to the final centre, the third eye will be opened. This is called the full enlightenment.

The first thing the person sees is demons.
For some, they will become insane seeing such horrifying demons. For others, they are not afraid And will have the power to fore-tell other people's health, problems,luck, etc (like a fortune teller). In fact, they manipulate and control other people. The meditation part will come in very subtle.

Mdm Choy said she was approached by a couple who found Her contact from the yellow pages and told her they wanted To teach her new things about yoga.
She was very keen and Sat under their teaching.
She learnt how to meditate and it must be done in odd hours of the day
(past midnight).
So she tried. She actually felt a wriggling feeling in her stomach!
She also mentioned that her third eye was opened.
She could see her own aura (electric fields in all human beings).
Her turning point came when God caused her spiritual eyes to open - she
witnessed a lady being delivered, wriggling Like a snake on the floor.
Mdm Choy thanked God for being gracious to her, she took 1-2 weeks to be
delivered.
She knows of a lady who took 3 months to be cleansed!!
It is a sad thing, there is even yoga lessons For children.
In the States, a Methodist started the Christian yoga.
However, there are some believers who still continue, Saying that they find no harm after doing yoga for 3 years.
Mdm Choy says it is our soul that is in danger.
The evil one will try all ways to ensnare/trap Christians.
Someone in the class raised a question - if we have The Holy Spirit, how
can the spirit of kundalini be aroused?
Mdm Choy replied our God is a holy God, the Holy Spirit will be grieved
and will depart. God cannot be mocked. God's spirit left King Saul when he disobeyed God. To God, rebellion spirit is witchcraft.
We are not against yoga teachers, yoga students but we are fighting
against powers, principalities in the Spiritual realm.
Let's be on guard, be aware!

PRAYER BEFORE STARTING WORK

MY HEAVENLY FATHER, as I enter this workplace, I bring Your presence with me, I speak Your peace, Your grace, Your mercy, and Your prefect order into this office. I acknowledge Your power over all that will be spoken, thought, decided, and done within these walls. Lord, I thank You for the gifts You have blessed me with. I commit to using them responsibly in Your honor. Give me a fresh supply of strength to do my job. Anoint my projects, and energy, so that even my smallest accomplishment may bring You glory.

Lord, when I am confused, guide me. When I am weary, energize me. When I am burned out, infuse me with the light of the Holy Spirit. May the work that I do and the way I do it bring faith, joy, and a smile to all that I come in contact today.

And Lord, when I leave this place, give me travelling mercy. Bless my family and home to be in orders as I left it. Lord, I thank You for everything You've done, everything You're doing, and everything You're going to do.

Encouragement for Today

That is What He Needs from Me

"However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself,

Devotion:

I have a confession to make: when my husband JJ and I got married over 15 years ago, I took out the words "honor and obey" from my wedding vows. I didn't say I would submit to my husband either. I vowed to "submit my ideas and dreams" to my husband and trust God's leadership in our marriage.

I had some serious issues going into marriage. I was a young Christian, who was afraid of the "S" word, and I wanted to make sure God and my witnesses didn't catch me in a lie. Like many women, I was terrified that if I submitted to my husband I'd become a doormat and lose myself somewhere in the middle of letting my husband lead. I regretfully remember one time JJ told me it was easier to let me lead because it wasn't worth the argument to him.

You'd think that's what I wanted - to get my way - but it wasn't because my husband became apathetic. Soon I realized I was losing respect for my husband and it was mostly my fault. I wanted him to lead, but when he tried I'd often criticize how he led. It was a mess.

One day I was praying God would change JJ and make him more decisive, more confident, more protective and, well, just more what I wanted him to be. God strongly impressed on my heart that my criticism wasn't getting me any closer to my desired result. In fact, my frustration with JJ only contributed to his own doubt as a man trying to follow God and lead His family.

God's also reminded me that I was fueling Satan's flaming darts of condemnation aimed at my husband's heart. I was joining efforts with the one who wanted to take out my husband as the leader of our home. Through prayer, God showed me that my husband needed me to be his greatest cheerleader and his biggest supporter verbally, emotionally and spiritually.

God challenged me to keep my mouth closed when JJ did something I didn't like or led in a way I didn't want to follow. He encouraged me to tell my husband when I saw things I appreciated and use the power of my words to build up and not tear down my man.

I started doing what God showed me. I looked for and found things in my husband that I'd never really noticed before. I got intentional about finding things I respected and letting God take care of things I didn't. I made many choices to honor him in big and small ways. And you know what? I discovered things about my husband that were worthy of respect.

We've been through a lot together. I have followed God as I trusted many of my husband's decisions that scared me: job changes I didn't want him to make; financial investments that seemed too risky; parenting issues that were hard. It hasn't been easy, but I am so thankful that my husband has become the leader of our family. And I'm more comfortable following his leadership than I ever thought I'd be!

Dear Lord, I want to respect my husband and build Him up with my words. Help me to measure my thoughts carefully and come to You with my complaints. I want to become my husband's biggest cheerleader and watch You do Your thing in His life. I know this is possible as I depend on You to live Your life through me. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways , but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We've done larger things, but not better things.

We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.

Processed Meats Declared Too Dangerous for Human Consumption

The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) has just completed a detailed review of more than 7,000 clinical studies covering links between diet and cancer. Its conclusion is rocking the health world with startling bluntness: Processed meats are too dangerous for human consumption. Consumers should stop buying and eating all processed meat products for the rest of their lives.

Processed meats include bacon, sausage, hot dogs, sandwich meat, packaged ham, pepperoni, salami and virtually all red meat used in frozen prepared meals. They are usually manufactured with a carcinogenic ingredient known as sodium nitrite. This is used as a color fixer by meat companies to turn packaged meats a bright red color so they look fresh. Unfortunately, sodium nitrite also results in the formation of cancer-causing nitrosamines in the human body. And this leads to a sharp increase in cancer risk for those who eat them.
